Hello everyone,

My name is Adrien and welcome to the Sommelier's Tasting Room.

Originally from France, I've spent over 10 years working as a sommelier in top restaurants across various countries, including London, Switzerland, France, New Zealand, and Australia. I also had the privilege of being the head somm for the French Tennis Open.

My journey with wine is more than a passion; it's a lifelong pursuit of discovery and connection. From all around the globe, each bottle tells a story of culture, history, and craftsmanship.

What I love most is the ability to share this world with others. Whether guiding someone through the complexities of a Bordeaux or introducing a newcomer to the joys of a crisp Chardonnay, I find immense fulfilment in facilitating these moments of connection and appreciation.

The Sommelier's Tasting Room is my opportunity to extend this passion to my community who share a love for wine and the art of tasting. It's a privilege to impart my knowledge and enthusiasm, and create experiences that linger long after the last glass is emptied.
